After saying a sad farewell to our friends at manly backpackers 7 of us - the 3 jennys, me and the 3 essex boys embarked on a road trip down to melbourne. After stopping at the hunter valley (wine tasting) and trekking through the blue mountains we made our way down the coast through wollongong (the best fish & chips ever), canberra (the worst place in the whole of Oz), batemans bay (ive never seen so many chavs) and narooma (the most beautiful sunset watching the dolphins play) with a night in the snowy mountains before reaching melbourne. Lots of fun was had by all and it was a great experience camping right on the beautiful deserted beaches in the smaller towns where we rose early for morning yoga sessions!!
