RULE• Clocking out time cards: although work is 8-5pm, if you arrive at work anytime (even a minute past the hour or less than 5 minutes before the hour) it is then considered that you only started work half an hour later than that. So work starts at 8am, if you walk in at 7:55am, they say you only started work at 8:30am, however if you enter the building a minute earlier, ie 7:54 thy will accept an 8am start.
