Another early start!
Went on a Fox Glacier guided walk. We were given proper walking boots and socks. Borrowed a waterproof rucksack as we had to cross a stream by boat so wanted to be safe in case I fell in! Luckily I didn't. Walked for about 3 hours altogether over rocks, hills, streams etc. It was a very scenic walk which was nice. Only walked on the ice for about 10 minutes though. It sent as amazing as I thought it would be. The original glacier that people used to walk through had collapsed fairly recently so walked on another part of the glacier. We had to wear crampons to walk on the ice. It's amazing how it was formed though!
I would have loved to do the heli-hike which is a helicopter over the glacier, amazing views. Then the helicopter lands on snow at the top of the mountains and you get to walk on the glacier for about 2 hours. It was so expensive though, £200 compared to just under £50 for the one I did. Couldn't justify it! Saw photos from people who went and it looked amazing!
After I got back from the walk just relaxed in a cafe for a bit waiting for everyone to get back from their activities. Had a really nice hot chocolate which warmed me up as it was freezing outside! Left for Queenstown at midday.
Stopped at a couple of places on the way to Queenstown for good photo opportunities. One of them was Thunder Creek Falls. Now I've seen Iguassu Falls, any other waterfall seem rubbish in comparison lol!
Amazing views of Lake Hawea too. New Zealand so far honestly has the best scenery I've ever seen in my life. It's just amazing. So lovely and unspoilt.
Staying in Queenstown for the next 3 nights in a holiday park right next to the main street. It's lovely here.
Went out for a pub dinner with a few others. There's one girl that works here in Queenstown that is the spitting image of Rosie from Made in Chelsea! She has the exact same big eyes and smile and even her figure! The only difference is her hair colour.
Absolutely bricking it for tomorrow morning! Doing the 134 metres bungee jump and the canyon swing too. This particular bungee jump has been a dream of mine ever since I remember so I cannot wait for it! So excited yet so nervous!
