We drove from Bandipur to Pokhara, in a good weather, luckily. Car did some minor problem(?), which our driver solved, so got here on time. Positively surprised since it it does NOT rain atm (*knock knock*) and the streets are dry (read: so NO leeches - yay!! :). Staying at the Mum's Garden Resort at the Lakeside, which is farely nice place. We rented mountain bikes from near our hotel (150 Nepal rupees/bike/day), so more convienient to explore the town in a day....

The drive from KTM to Bandipur took about 5 hrs. But we got lucky, since it was a sunny day and no rain, and therefore all the roads were in a good shape. I woke up in the morning into a severe headache, somewhere around 7 AM. Thought it a dehydration and didn't took a pill, which I should have done.. Only drank water. Went to a walk to Thamel, after breakfast. And it sure was just as noisy as all the tips&books&everything had told. Arrived in Nepal. Finally. Tired after the looong journey. But happy, since it's vacation now!! Got a young trek company workers' tourist taxi from the airport, who immedeately tried to sell us different tours and whatever, but he was still a nice, harmless and friendly guy. So, we Considered that maybe we'll book our domestic flight tickets through him&his company and maybe our transportation to Bhaktapur&Pokhara, if we don't get a better price anywhere ...
