On October 12th, 2010, Mary M. and I will be departing for a little holiday in California BUT before we can eat exotic American foods and drink all that beautiful Napa wine we are going to compete in the Nike Women's Marathon. Fay D. will be joining us later in the week and then on Sunday October 17th we will hit the streets and the hills of San Francisco with our well broken in running shoes and EAT UP those 13 miles.

This is Fay's second 1/2 Marathon and Mary's and my first. We have been training for this event for the past 4 months and are pretty excited - it is just around the corner and we are ready!
