Up bright and early to pack everything up we left Canmore at 7.30 the weather has been just amazing a bit chilly to start with then warming up nicely. The roads are very quiet not many camper vans at all we are traveling through ice fields national park and yet again the scenery is magnificent. We stopped at revel stoke for a drink and cake got started to go again and stopped at Dutchmans Dairy ice cream bar lovely a lot of different flavours a little way on we are all commenting on how many boats there are in the town of Sicanous when we came across Maya lake it is huge but must get really packed in summer. We stopped of in Kelowna to go looking at motor homes and caravans as we have Seen that many on the roads and was curious at the prices of them. We were amazed at what you could get for so little money we were very impressed so much so that John is going to look at how much it would cost to import one. The Cove hotel were we are staying for 2 nights is lovely we have a one bedroom unit on the 4th floor with a balcony and magnificent views of the lake we sat on the balcony enjoying the afternoon son and had a few glasses of wine after we had relaxed and had our showers we went down for dinner which yet again did not fail it was superb we have all decided that the food over here is cheap my breakfast this morning was scrambled eggs 2slices of bacon hash brown 2slices of toast and fruit all for $4.99 yes that was not a miss print I was amazed and very full. We had a quiet day wandering through the shops and just relaxing we played cards and I am pleased to say that we are even tonight we are playing our final games as we fly out tomorrow Chris and Karen back home to Australia and John and I fly onto London.
