Week 4 Ok this is a few weeks old now but we will see how my memory goes, probably going to save to you from reading too much dribble. Saturday morning brought some gorgeous weather, the first that we had really seen since arriving, warm and sunny yeah, this is what i was looking for.So making the most of the weather it is time to get the some culture, first stop Longshan Temple... Longshan Temple was built in the 1700's and I think it is a Guanyin Temple....

And I made it to Week 3... My second weekend in Taipei was similar to the first, sadly more bad rainy weather around, which has not been the most inspired site seeing weather. I spent Saturday mainly doing errands in the hope things would improve on Sunday, sadly that was not to be the case. As such most adventures again were centred around the shopping district close by as there are plenty of covered walkways ... Unfortunately an outcome of spending too much ar...

Week 2 Progress Report Well the week started off rainy windy mess... It was not possible to doing anything without getting sodden legs and feet. So being weekdays the most exciting outings have all centred around food. Luckily for us Richard (who oddly, for an Aussie, is the only boy in Supply Chain in Taiwan) has a really passion for food, a fantastic sense of humour (sometimes at our expense, but I will get to that in a moment) and the very typical Taiwan...

Week1 - Taipei Nin hao - hello (I have got to try to remember some Chinese and thus far I am doing woefully) Well I have survived week 1 in Taipei and other than the long hours, for these guys working to 8.30 is the norm and for a girl who wakes up at 5.30am this makes for a long day! Team are all lovely, and in what I understand is very typical Taiwanese behaviour they have been very welcoming, which includes a lot of eating. First cab off the rank was a trip...
