Wonderful day. Pauline and I were first in bridge last night. Won a pound. Today Hervington Hall which was once a private home that hid the Monks during the time of Henry VIII when he left Rome and started the Church of England so that he could marry Ann Boleyn and you know what happened to her. Had a wonderful day in this quaint area of yellow stone houses with slate roofs. Bought awarm fleece which I don't need at home but their smear here is quite chilly.
