Hey everyone! Don't have much time (I've been sitting around answering e-mails... sigh) so I'll be brief. We spent the night in Ollantaytambo but there weren't enough bed so I kipped on the floor. That morning we caught a train to Aguas Calientes (about 2 hrs and VERY nice) and pretty much had a rest. We browsed the market and a few of us (me included) went food shopping - we're fed up with crackers. We got LOADSA veg and had a feast that night with about a kilo each of peppers, onions, carrots, potatoes, rice, tomatoes... This time 2 people had to sleep on the floor and people about 3 people are down with sickness. We woke up the next morning an 4.30am to catch the 5.30 bus up to Machu Picchu (a 25 minute ride). I can't even begin to describe it and when the sun rose and fell across the mountain... I've gotta go now - acclimatisation trek. Will talk asap. Ciao.
