All For One, And One For All
We visited Claude Monet's house and gardens today at Giverny, an hour and a half from Paris.
Although it was a drizzly, overcast afternoon, we enjoyed walking through Monet's gardens. The scent of the flowers and freshness of the gardens was uplifting and inspiring. There were bees buzzing and when it rained it made it more beautiful.
I don't think we've ever taken so many photos of the colourful flowers.
'Everyone discusses my art and pretends to understand, as if it were necessary to understand, when it is simply necessary to love'. Claude Monet.
We like his simple outlook.
