Woke up early, 5am start, we snoozed for until 7 am. Went for breakfast and then out onto the streets. Walked up 5th avenue to Rockefeller tower, over to saks 5th avenue. Heaven for Joanne was to go up to the 8th floor. Shoe heaven louboutons, jimmy choos etc etc. Kept walking and went to the apple store. No iPads for me :(. Went into trump tower fir Starbucks
We then walked up into central park, saw a woman in a wedding gown being photographed. Then walked over to the met which was closed. Being a bit hungry we started looking for a subway. Being a bit premium there were none to be had. So we went for lunch at the wright in the Guggenheim museum. Pea soup and then chicken for me. Light food but very good. Into the Guggenheim for some culture. Went back by taxi and then had some cheese and wine. Debated dinner and then just fell asleep:)
