I was first diagnosed with an adenoid cystic carcinoma in 2005 and again in 2010. Having undergone 3 bouts of surgery and extremely grateful for the skills of the team at Oxford Radcliffe and Royal Berkshire hospitals, I am now going to walk the length of the Thames to raise awareness and as much money as I can for the Heads Up Head and Neck Cancer Research. It's time for me to give something back.
