Others have posted recently, so I will join the crowd. Let's see, in light of your adventures, I thought I'd post an entry about what I did today.
May 23, 2006: Parted my hair differently, but decided to put a headband in it anyway. Thought about going for a run, went for a walk instead. Made myself some dinner, adding eggplant into the stir-fry as a new, exciting ingredient. Started a new book and somehow managed to find a few spare moments to write this message.
Jealous?
Have fun in Rome!!
Lots of love,
Jess

First, and foremost, I think it's hilarious that a reader can "rate" your journal entries. Amazing. I give it six stars...because I know you personally, and I think you are a cutie pie. Sounds amazing so far and I'm missing the hell out of you...mainly because I know I don't have the option of seeing you. Keep up the journal entries, they are really enjoyable to read. God is American ('05).
Mom
I wanna be there with you. Would love to explore new beaches, especially non-touristy ones!!! How blue is the water? Enjoy Rome with uncle art. love mom

Hi Rodger,
Ima GREENe witha envy. At work today we were checking out Positano using Google Images. You are absolutely correct. You lucky dog. It looks like heaven painted on a canvas. Uncle Art is probably in Rome now. He is looking forward to traveling with you this week. He told me you were going to see him at 3 pm at the Spanish Steps. What a cool place to meet. Tell the Pope I said Hey.
Love ya, take care of yourself,
Dad

Rodger:
Your journal entries make your adventures so "real" to those of us back home. Every day seems to be filled with new discoveries for you! Stay safe. Remember to take care of Jess when she joins you next month and keep both of you safe!

RT- I think that "lemonade" you had is called lemoncello. If it is, I've had it and don't like it either. It is supposed to be served straight from the freezer in a cordial glass. Thinking of you constatnly and wishing you well and wordly experiences!!!! Love ya.
Jess
Alex...I couldn't even finish the drink the first time I had it. Now I know what to expect though, so I'm ready and willing to try it again.
