sorry for the lag. ive been busy! last weekend my class (all 10 of us) went by train to cinque terra aka "the five towns" which is in north eastern part of italy along the sea. the five towns are spread out along a eight kilometer stretch of rocky coast line adjacent to the most beautiful blue water you'd ever care to see...or swim in for that matter. once off the train we all hopped a ferry to the very last town, passing each precariously placed town en rout...

the pic here is the uffitzi gallery, i walk through here to get to my classes - i havn't been in it yet. its an art gallery and a museum, it has some really famous peices. this is also the place where all the americans in florence meet up everynight at 8:30 for the pub crawl run by a bunch of Australian dudes. in other news, i really like pesto now. mmmm. tid bits like that keep you readers comin' back for more.

hey ya'll. sorry i havn't written in a while. its be a wild trip thus far. school is good, learning alot...well, not really. everyone is cool here. florence is filled with americans. interaction with locals is nearly impossible, which, actually, is a good thing considering how rude they all are. seriously. anyway, ive been going out a night with all the peeps and we had a big family dinner the other night. tasty and good fun. i actually drank red win...
