Just a quick one today after my marathon blog sessoin the other day!! Mamallapuram is pretty boring not much to do at all, everything closes by 10pm so we've been good and had many early nights. We've been to a crocodile sanctuary today which we didn't think would be much more then a big pond with a few crocs, pleasently surprised is all i can say!! Having now booked our flights to Thailand on 30th November. We decided we still want to get to the North of India to see Delhi, the Taj Mahl and Ganges. Being heavily put off by the prospect of 52+ hours on a train to go from the South of India to the North we're now flying from Chennai to Delhi which does cost a bit more but only takes 2.5-3hrs and gives us more time to see everything we want to.
