Hi, I hope you don't mind me posting on here as obviously you dont know me! I've discovered your blog and 8000+ brilliant photos today and just wanted to say what brilliant writers/photographers you both are. Im setting of on my travels with my boyfriend in October and was wondering if you have any tips for us, anything you wish you'd known before you went etc? We're doing a similar route to you guys except the other way around. Thanks again for the brilliant photos and blogs, theyve made us super excited about going!!! Hope you're not too disappointed to be home. Thanks for reading,

Hi Steven & Rachel, just caught up with the blogs and photos, New Zealand in the South has certainly glorious views and the colours look lovely I must say you do look a bit wet at times. I think everyone is still reading the blogs and enjoying them like us. Take care. Miss you both Love Mum.

Hi, love the new blogs and photos. New Zealand is how I remembered it even though 27years ago, after chatting with you on Sunday I can tell you are having a good time, although your washing and cleaning Steven isn't up to a high standard lol !!!! for me and Rachel. Time is ticking by now and as it is getting a little bit chillier for you, all we can do is hope our weather temp goes up. Carry on campers!!! Love Mum

I have uploaded 5 new entries, including the one i missed out dad. So happy reading I apologies about the spelling, 17 years of education still has not quite ironed out that one.
Take care all

Hi luv the camper van looks great fun, however must admit I still prefer a hotel room for a decent nights sleep. Hope the fishing all went well and you were able to sample some of your catch. Did sat nav Steven give directions if so hope they were better than his NZ road directions that Ive heard about lol.
Well Rachel happy 22nd birthday for tomorrow 29th March and enjoy your 15000ft skydive. We are having tea with uncle Duncan his birthday also so will raise a glass to you for your birthday and to both of you on your continuing journey. Take care hopefully speak tomorrow.

Hey Travelling Cousin! Am just loving the photos and the blog, almost feels like we are travelling alongside you. I have a friend/student who is currently in NZ on a co-op placement, looking for some company, where are you guys at exactly? Maybe he can hook up with you for a couple of days? Let me know and thanks for having us all along on your adventures!

Good to get an e mail to confirm you are both safe, well and enjoying New Zealand. Hopefully now you have repaired the lap top you will be able to update the blog with your activities although appreciate there may be longer gaps because of the remote areas you seem intent on visiting. This info may also help those who are following your blog and may also have been wondering where you had got to! Take Care and happy fishing

Just updated on the latest photo down load, some more great pictures to view. Not sure if you can get an album to hold 4,000+ photos, dont want to join that shopping expedition.
Good to speak to you on Friday evening even if the connection sounded like you were talking under water. Its now your last 2 days in Australia before traveling to New Zealand, enjoy the rest and chill out ready for the next part of your adventure. Take care, missing you loads Love Mum
