I have stuffed as many clothes and toiletries in my 45 L pack, with just enough room for water shoes and a first aid kit. It weighs 25 pounds exactly, but doesn't feel that heavy when I strap the waist belt. I have a feeling it is going to take some getting used to but I am looking forward to this being my home for the next few months.
