Helllo all!

Day in Syndey was amazing, although wet and raining> Met with Cheryl and went to the opera house, saw the bridge. walked round the quays and the rocks, then visited Sydmey aquarium.

Then the jet lag caught up so we got some sleep in the Wake Up! Hostel near Central Station. We had a cheeky Subway for dinner then went to bed in our 6 bed dorm.

Was an early 5:45am start to check out and meet the tour group. After introductions headed up the east coast in total driving over 6 hours before arriving at Crescent Head, near Kempsey. A v cute surf camp with dorms, bbqs, fires etc. We were in a wet suit within 30mins and on a bus to the beach. At Hathead beach we had out first surf lesson. And despite the rain had an amazing time. Alex did the most awesome run right to the end of the water where she just stepped off the board onto the beach. Stephs a working progress hahahahaha! We were out there 2 hours in the end, and it felt a lot longer. It was exhausting and cold, even tho the water was warmer than the air temp.

Came back for burritos for dinner and then played some carrds with our group of 14 around the fire. We introduced them to irish snap, so we all have sore hands. We're the last ones up and v tired, with a morning surf ahead of us, so thats all for now. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
