It doesn't look like much but the guidebook was right, May Kaidee's has great food. And the locals say you pay more near Khao San Road but I think I got a good deal at $1.10 for a generous portion of organic brown rice and vegetables and then a large serving of back rice with coconut cream and bananas for another $1.10. Yummy.
