I arrived home yesterday afternoon severely jet lagged and sleep deprived. So spent most of the day sleeping.
Today I'm slightly less tired and on a huge post trip downer. I get like this every time. I love New York. It's my favourite place other than home.
I love the Mets, I've never had a hobby that I'm so passionate about. I'm sad that baseball season is over, I'm sad that it's approaching bonfire night, a day I used to love but can't stand now.
I'm really looking forward to finding out who our new manager and GM will be. I'm looking forward to winter meetings and getting some new players.
But for now it's back to reality. No more jet setting until next summer.
