From following, or trying to follow (due to lack of real coverage) your progress I must report that I am dissapointed with the style of writting being employed by the blogger. There seems to be a real sense of whining amongst the group, which, I feel lets down the cause. Please stop this and get on with the task in hand, or simply stop and go and have a game of football where your moany tones are more suited.

Keep it going lads, you're doing a sterling job from what I hear. Everyone from Stapleford is wishing you well!

Enjoy reading the updates - keep it up and be safe.

Morning boys! We're off for a guided tour of the Isle of Arran Distillery at 10.30 this morning. Local lads tell us the Malt is worth a shot or two. Can you join us? I will be wearing Red Leather - just so you can recognise us!
Hope to see u there!

Visited the Argyll Hotel but they were fully booked so had to make do with cocktails. Tried the Snug Special, Scarba Smacker, Force Ninner, Chocolate Sailor and the Corryvreken Whirlpool. Guess we have missed you again tonight lads. Let us know where you are tomorrow. Going out on town now in Lochgilphead - wonder what we will find?

Actually John I think that is a fairly rude question

Please could you let me know how cycling several days on end effects the body? Does saddle rash become a factor and if so are there any particular remedies that work?
I ask because we are thinking about doing the reverse trip next year
