Emma Welcome to Oz! Glad you arrived safely. Just thought I'd clear up - they don't have McDonalds in all the childrens hospitals here - I dread to think how fat they'd all be if they did! Could well have been one but they also have a charity called the McDonalds House Charity, and McDonalds pay for a home or schooling for families of sick children who have to stay with their child/sibling who's in hospital for long periods. Some of them are in hospitals - others are houses nearby. I'm sure they have something like this in England too? Anyway, love to you all - we can Skype in the same time zone now!!!

vicky I love the pics of puzzling world. It just looks so good there. Is Elizabeth turning into Alex? They're starting to look far too similar. I think it's mum's influence on Elizabeth before going that has in fact been responsible for the tantrums.

Vick No it's definitely not Southport, we have alot of lovely sandy beach and practically no sea for swimming in most of the time but when it's there you are right there are strong tides esp if you wanted to walk to Blackpool

Vick Read about 90 mile beach .........sounds so similar to Southport, you could have just come here . We're missin you guys n it'll be so weird going to mum and dads and you notbeing around !!! You'll have to skype them when we're there so the kids can see each other too.
