Hola everyone!!

Thought I'd just send one big email to everyone to let you know what me and Trix have been up to....

So we started in HK, which was pretty cool, got to see Charlotte and she took us around and showed us the cool places to eat and drink!!
We had no idea what to expect but it was such a cool place, we mastered the underground and taxi's without too much trouble and even caught a ferry.
We had the best Dimsum in a place called Dragon i, which later became a club which we partied in.
Trix and I even managed to get our taxi driver to stop at McD's on the way back to the hotel at 2am!! LOL!
We went to Lantau island and saw the giant Buddah, it was pretty breathtaking..... literally as well.....when you see the amound of stairs we had to climb to get up there!!
We then went to the Lo Pin Monastery and had lunch and also took some cool pics. (will upload pics tomorrow).

On to Australia...OMG so cool, so we started in Sydney we went for some fabulous dinners and managed to do some washing before embarking on the Oz Experience.....

6am! we had to get up to get the bus, we had a mental driver who kept us entertained along the way to our first stop Surf Camp....

11hrs later and we arrived in Surf Camp in time for dinner and drinks, it was very chilled out and everything you'd expect a surf place to be, laid back, relaxed (and full of hot surf dudes........)...

We stocked up on booze before arriving so after dinner the drinks got cracked open around a fire and we all got to know each other and partied!! Until about 1am.....we were getting up at 6am after all for surf lessons...OMG. we also had our first experience of dorm style living...LOL! we ended up staying in with a nice couple called Becca and Mike from Bluewater who are pretty cool. The people on the bus were all really nice and everyone had a good laugh...

Sooooooooooooooooooo the surfing, I think the hangover helped me stop thinking about getting eaten by sharks but we all kitted up and headed down to the beach and after being given a brief demo we were straight out in the water and catching our waves!! the instructors were out there too and helping us along the way. I got up for abaout 2 seconds LOL! but seemed to spend most time on my knees, hence why they are cut to bits right now...fun fun fun! LOL!
I'll defo have more lessons as I really want to be able to get up and stay up for a bit longer..... have uploaded the pics so try not to laugh too much!
I had a pretty spectacular wipe out and swallowed a lot of the ocean but remarkably was pretty unscathed! I think it was the lucky purple board I had!!

Anyway we have just arrived in Byron bay.... more dorm style living but we are in a 4 person room and sharing with Becca and Mike again. Tonight we have a free Barbie in the bar over the road so more drinking and dancing!! woohoo!! we are so relaxed and into this travelling way of life its' unreal!!

So we are here for 6 days before we head off again so time to chill, enjoy the beach and surf.....
