So once again i have completely forgotten to update, we have been in malaysia for over a week now, After wanting to get the hell out of koh phangan we took a horrendous ferry journey at 5am with all the locals our first stop was Langkawi. currently travelling with kristen, kevin and vinnie, who we met in koh phanagan, we decided to rent a car and drive around the island, the car was the biggest heap of s*** ever, and after driving about a mile it broke down, the boys got out and pushed the car around while all the malays were just driving past laughing at us. Finally an old scottish man called donald came to our rescue and brought us some petrol, he was slightly weird and invited us all to his villa we kindly declined the offer as he looked like a bit of a peodo/axe murder. The next morning we recieved a note from donald asking us to meet him for a drink, we just presumed he was lonely. Langkawi was pretty chilled, managed to find a beautiful beach so chilled out there most of the day. The next day we got the ferry to penang, the boat journey was absolutely beautiful however falling down the stairs infront of loads of malays was rather embarrassing. once in penang we rented another car and decided to go to all the sights, we went on search for the snake temple which was apparently 15 minutes away, after 2 hours and alot of wrong directions my some weird scooter men we arrived, it was pretty cool although all the posionous snakes everywhere made it slightly scary. we ended up going out and went to a club called slippery senoritas appropiately named i thought ha! after penang we headed to Kuala Lumpur, it is absolutely an amazing city, sarah was obviously soo excited to be back. we headed straight for the patronas towers which were absolutely beautiful. We were here for nearly a week and went to see sarahs old school and house, and saw all the touristy things. The nightlife was of course amazing and met some really cool people out there. Im writing this in australia so have probably missed out quite a bit so sorry but will try and keep ontop of the old bloggy more often.. xxx
