hello! woop woop, first blog! so much has happened since we have been here and i am starting to thinking leaving it until now to start writing blogs was a little bit silly! so, i'll basically do a quick list of the amazing things that me and my other volunteer buddies have been up to....here i go... stayed in a lovely resort for a week; transferred to the most rural schools ever; set up home(literally) in a staff room; went to a funeral; got escorted home by the police; drunk far too much thai whisky; taught some very cute kids; NOT getting used to squat toilets; getting used to riding in pick up trucks; seeing lots of temples; held a python; stroked an elephant; went to a cave; shopped in chiang rai; danced in chiang rai and made some amazing friends! phew! there is probably more but oh well, from now on i will update more frequently! love to everyone at home xxxxxxxxx
