So the 3 day journey in the train turned out to be great, we were sad to leave the train and part of us wished we could have stayed on to Vancouver, we will finish that journey on Monday. We stayed in a wilderness hostel on Monday which was at Maligne Canyin, miles from anywhere, there was no running water but it was a treat to be out in the wilds. We took the 7 mile walk into Jasper from the hostel & were confronted by a wolf, we were a bit scared but very curious, we escaped with our lives. We hired a car toay & drove to Lake Louise, we drove 280km through snow up tp 15cm deep, not the most fun I have had driving a car but certainly an experience. Tonight we are staying in alpine lodge style hostel in Lake Louise,we're sharing a room with a few snowboarders who are friendly, it's a really relaxing place!
