Hey, it's been a while so consider this an update.

We are still living in our apartment and working in Sydney. Paul has a new job, working making DVD's again which makes him happy. He now has better hours and more money. They also want to sponsor him and pay for his flights to make him stay - JEALOUS! I'm still working in the cake shop and eating all the pies!

The weather is getting colder. My days off at the beach seem like a distant memory now. It's dropping below 20c - which you're probably thinking is hot and a British summer high - however, I'm freezing wearing jeans and two layers of clothes. I miss the Australian summer, but we have something to look forward to. We have now started booking our Australian adventure which will begin in July. We have booked flights for the following:

17th July - Sydney to Alice Springs

21st July - Alice Springs to Melbourne

29th July - Melbourne to Tasmania. We have booked a hire car to spend our days there exploring.

1st August - Tasmania to Melbourne. We are going to make our own way overland from Melbourne to Adelaide along one of the most scenic routes in Australia along the Great Ocean Road, visiting some of the iconic landmarks of Australia such as the Twelve Apostles.

7th August - Adelaide to Perth

From Perth we will make our way around the West Coast for a month or so ending in either Broome or Darwin subject to time, before flying to the East Coast to either Cairns or the Whitsunday Islands to experience the Great Barrier Reef. Then we are going all the way down to Sydney to get our flight home via Singapore and Hong Kong mid-October.
