So we arrived safely in LAX much to our disappointment couldn't find the sign... Definitely to look out for on the way out of LA! Got a $1 (yes you hear me correctly) bus to Santa Monica where we got sent off at broadway and 3rd.... Not a moment too soon.... People who ride busses are a bit bizzare....Now stuck in the middle of Santa Monica with 2 cases (mine of which has decided to give up the pull along function, so now is a rucksack case as Kat kindly discovered) 2 hand luggage, jet lag and tiredness stood 2 girls trying to navigate their way.... After the helpful directions of mr shop assistant we found the hostel.... Perfect! In shower change then out for a stroll..... Along Santa Monica beach no less and god what a beautiful view..... Some of the houses are amazing..... Actually right on the beach!!! And we managed to catch sun set..... The sun we had been basing round the globe for 11 hours was finally setting....7pm LA time, 3am UK time.... Nearly 24hours after we first woke! A quick dinner and meander around the bustling shops and bars..... It's really very inviting here and looks very fun.... But not so being this tired..... So back to the hostel to retire for the evening, declining the many "bar crawl" offers thrown our way....! Night night everyone/good morning uk! Xxxxx
