Morning motorbike trip on a gorgeous Sunday.
It started early Sunday morning, I had no idea where I wanted to go.
So I started by riding to d*** on to get supplies and fix tire pressures.
Met a fellow KLR650 owner. Swapped contact details.
From d*** on I rode to Uriarra Crossing through Belconnen, Coppin's Crossing, Wright and Mt. Stromlo.
Here I had my first break and planned my next route.
From Uriarra Crossing I headed east along Fairlight Road which was about 5 km of gravel, I then turned right onto Mountain Creek Road towards Wee Jasper. I followed Mountain Creek Road until I came to he Wee Jasper Road junction, great country road with lots of curves and corners and a great view of the country side. I then turned right into Wee Jasper Road heading towards Yass. Rode until I got to the Murrumbidgee River were I stopped for my next break and a few quick snap shots. Continuing on towards Yass were I had my next break before heading home on the Barton Highway, riding through Murrumbateman and the through Lyneham and then home.
All in all a very pleasant morning ride through the country side.
