Hi all,

Today in Tokyo we walked from our accommodation in Asakusa, to Akihabara which is a huge electronics/shopping area. With it being so big we visited it last night also, so have got some good night-time pics of it all lit up.

On the way back we stopped in the Asakusa shopping and market area on Nakamise-dori and picked up a couple of chocolate bananas on our wlak through. Lol. There we saw a couple of temples and a five-storey Pagoda.
We stayed in the area until night fell (also an amazing lit up area at night) and then took a slow walk down the Umida river and checked out the bar that is affiliated with our hostel. We get one free drink each per night, of pretty much anything and then the drinks are only about 300 Yen each. Cracking!

There are some better pc's than this one in the common room of our hostel, so I will update the pics tomorrow morning, but because of the time difference it'll probably be updated before you read this anyway. Lol.
