Woke up on Saturday sun was shining and brandy and coffee called. Opened the door to wish the day good morning surrounded by quackers all around, Heartly couldn't believe her eyes. Walked through dappled shaded wood bought a lovely fresh loaf and home made lemon curd, then headed back to camp for an explorers breakfast. Met neighbour who had been living his motorhome for 10 years, was pleased to see us eat civilised.
Headed off to walk off hardy breakfast. Got to the Lakeside (not the shopping Centre) cafe and a refreshing San Miguel. Sat enjoying the sun. Meandered off to check out the local pub (queens head) Mmmm Doombar S. dipped her foot into real beer territory and had a light beer.
Got back to camp and decided to check out the fishing, with chair and beers in hand sat by the pond and caught 2 fish a carp and a bream pan size more than record breaking. Then BBQ and cards. Perfect day. Not a lover of disposable BBQ's was like holding a cigarette lighter under the meat.
