It was the first day back to school after the New Year break.It felt strange to be on the final countdown- just 2 weeks of teaching to go. School was still closed, so I went to Lilly Coffee to see Mohamed and Alice. I was asking them about things to do in Beijing and Alice used the internet to find me some information about getting to the Great Wall.

I spent the day cleaning the flat and sorting out my things, as it isn't much longer before I have to leave.

Happy New Year 2011!So this New Year's Day I slept in, then feeling hungover went to a computer game shop with Shush and Dean.Shush wanted to buy a Nintendo Wii and when the store owner set it up the only European language he could find was Spanish.Jack and Lilly arrived to try to help, but it was the only option so Shush bought the Spanish Wii anyway.We then went to a Muslim noodles restaurant and I had some egg-fried rice.Awesome hangover cure.
