Breakfast time!!! Waffle house yummy :) fuel for our drive to Albuquerque new Mexico today :)

We woke up to a friend in the bathroom!!! Ewwwww Cockroach!! (motel 6 guests also lol)

Just Leaving the motel 6 this morning. We had to budget last night with the accomodation & we needed to rest: it was a little bit shady to say the least cockroaches, mould, mildew & damp sheets (ew) but thank God we woke up this morning all in one peice & had a good well earnt sleep :) - Marriott tonight in Albuquerque definitely!! (no more motel 6)!!

Wow Amarillo Texas was so animated driving through...grills steak houses saloons like little Vegas...would have been nice to make a proper stop here & take a look around, but the journey must continue!! On to Albuquerque New Mexico!! :)

Well I guess it's too late & too dark to see Texas we are half way through the section of Texas that route I-40/66 goes through ...we are just passing through Amarillo so we will miss the views tonite, but all I can see it's lights on the horizon as far as the eye can see with Texas being so flat!! Lol we have been really lucky with the weather on this trip so far, so no tornadoes on the big Texas horizon luckily!! Lol :)
