Well we have been driving now since 12:30pm (10 hours) we have long since left new Mexico ...it was a beautiful sun drenched desert & mountain plains drive through route 66 with road side animated casinos and cactus to boot & after a challenging drive through peaks & valleys of the mountains of flagstaff & native indian reserves & canyons of northern Arizona we hit the edge of phoenix to join the I-10 we are now nearing the California border :) with Just under 300 miles to go..,,phewwwwww
