Hello Great Britain! Helen here! Back in Sydney- Hurrah!

We just got back from The Red Centre which was very amply named as it was like being in a sauna non-stop!... Only Hotter!
Ayers Rock was really beautiful and we also went to the Valley of the Winds in the Olgas- Will try to post some photos soon!
Alice Springs and Coober Pedy were both an Experience...which I won't be repeating in a hurry! Glad we went but definately no plans to relocate! I'd die of heatstoke and boredham!
We're in Sydney until Sunday when we travel up the Coast to Byron Bay, which I think is just a beautiful beach!- Does it for me!
Today we're going to Bondi Beach, then tommorow I'm fulfilling a lifetime's ambition- that is the watching of an opera at the Sydney Opera House- AND WHAT AN OPERA!!! I'll save my praise of Mozart until after I've been, but I warn you...it could go on forever!!

Our hostel in Sydney is wonderful- Good old YHA!- and it will be nice to get some proper sleep after the 4.00am starts at Uluru! Oh well... they were definately worth it!

Anyway, I better stop rambling before I bore you all!

We all miss you and are looking forward to seeing you in 3 short weeks! - Doesn't time fly when you're having fun!!
