ok...first day of unemployment and i must say it feels very wierd...its going to take some time to settle in.....so...i sat in the cinema and watched films...three in fact

the new woody allen film with lary david...."Whatever works"...for what its worth..i hate woody allen...have no interest in the characters in his films and have only enjoyed a few of them..he's just bloody annoying...but i did enjoy this...quite funny and endearing characters....and very well constructed...and larry david is great!

"Blessed" which is an aus film filmed in melb...the dark side of blue collar aust....is very bleak and quite depressing..enjoyed but tough going

and "looking for eric" the new ken loach film which was the pick of the bunch..certainly not as bleak as his other films......a great film who's lead character eric i can relate to very much on certain levels so was tough to watch at times...but very funny and uplifting in all....

so thats it for now....im trying to get into the habit of writing on this bloody thing before i go...only time will tell....
