Holiday's
Blessed be the great land of Scotland, no sooner had we hit the highlands it started to rain and it rained and it rained and it rained.
Our tour today took us to Stirling Castle, the William Wallace Monument and Loch Lomond. We had a few tasty bevs as we made our way around, including stopping off at the Drovers Inn, a known haunt of Rob Roy.
Our stay tonight sees us in a castle just outside of Oban. The room is everything you could expect and the views from the top floor where we are are more than worth the effort of the stair climb. This place was built on 1609 and renovated in the late 19th century. I could really see myself living this life for a long time. I am a wee bit dehydrated though but that could be due to all the booze :)
