Hi All,

We left Gatwick at 9pm on 8/10/06 then to Dubai for stopover the to Bangkok, then took a 3rd plane to Koh Samui.  We traveled for about 30hours! We were exhausted by the time we arrived but it was worth it.

Koh samui was very comercialised and expensive we only stayed there 1 night, beach hut was ok next to the beach in Chaweng. 

In the morning yesterday we got a a funny littely open back taxt truck to a coach to take us to the port in Samui  to transfer by boat to Koh Phanang island.  It only took a couple of hours.  Then a taxi ride again to a beatiful paridise place calld Thon Nai Pan.

 Its so beatiful here, we havnt had chance to take any photos yet here but watch this space...

Our hut is right on the beach, its costing 2 pounds each a night!  Its quite here more like authentic thailand.

The people are very friendly and there is no trouble at all, its very quite here so we are gonna chill here for a few days then head on somewhere else.

The Thai food is excellent have been having lots of green curries and samg sao rum, no deli belly yet either which is good.
