Sorry to hear about the camera. Glad you had mine. My only focusing tip is to hold the button down part way until the focus square turns to green (?). Not much help, sorry!

M-I wonder if maybe you fried one of the cameras if you tried to charge the battery and that converter was bad. If so, before you try to charge the other battery camera by plugging it in, I might think about buying a new converter.

-We have somehow managed to break our camera, not yours thankfully we have yours. It is having issues focusing when you zoom. I am hoping we will find a camera shop along the way. We searched all over and found another converter at least for france, not sure if it will work in Italy.
No not whipped chocolate milk that sounds even better, i had a cap this morning that topped all caps.
