Well here we go again but this time with a difference, Feesy doesn't know where she's going.
Cats dropped off at their hotel, £105 thank you very much and now on the motorway heading west on the M62.
You can almost see the cogs turning in Fi's head as she starts eliminating destinations. Manchester airport no longer an option, maybe it's John Lennon airport now we are heading towards Liverpool. Haha further bewilderment as we now swing south for a short while before once again heading west.
Chester now out of the question and heading into north Wales, think she might have resigned herself to a break in the valleys.
After 3 hours and 15 minutes she realises that we are actually heading to Holyhead for the ferry to Ireland,
Well excited.
Queuing for the ferry and while waiting to board we treat ourselves to a cream scone and a cuppa in the passenger lounge. We get the call to return to our vehicles for boarding and are waved on by the staff. Key in turn on.......nothing, please not now. Turn off turn on phew!! Close one. On the ferry now and taken advantage of the stenna plus option, keypad entry to the lounge and free snacks and drinks throughout the journey. We quickly grab the comfy seats with the view out the window over the bow of the ferry.
Time now to relax and go over all the things I've forgot to check.
Does my insurance cover me in Ireland
What about my breakdown cover? Might need that based on the Holyhead experience!
