Merry Christams!!!
Ho Ho Ho Santa Claus is on his way, as Sarah and Jen have been very good young ladies!!!
Finally finished workies... Made sure that all the christmas presents were wrapped and under the tree ready for the next day...
Make reindeer cupcakes for everyone at workies but made sure we had enough left over to enjoy with our Christmas Eve Hot Chocolate drinks with cream and marshmellows!!! Yummy Yum Yum...
Watched Christmas movies all the way up until midnight, where we then sat and opened our midnight presents... We were very excited as offically Santa Claus had been...
Then off to bed, to get excited about the following day!!!
I was lucky enough to have Jen there with me to enjoy our First Christmas away from Home...
We woke early and just got so excited and had all our presents opened within 10 minutes... Jen had got me a bag of peanut M&M's and we had had them eaten within 30 minutes, they were ever so yummy!!!
On went the Christmas movies again whilst we called home to wish them a merry christmas although it was still only christmas eve with them...
By 1:00pm the 2KG Turkey went into the oven to roast for 3 hours... Jen prepared the starter which was:
Prosciutto Ham wrapped around Aspragus, Rosemary & Tyme breadsticks alongside a beetroot salad with a Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil dressing...
I started on the acomplaments to the turkey which were:
Roast Potatoes, Roasted Parsnips, Mash Potatoes with Mashed Carrots, Peas, Stuffing, Sprouts and most importanly Gravy...
Finally at 4:00pm we got Emeile out of her room and got her to join us in pulling crackers, saying jokes and enjoying our Christmas Dinner...
After feeling ever so full after our first two courses we some how managed to fit in dessert which was Warm Mince Pies with Brandy Custard dribbled all over...
Yummy Yum Yum!!!
For the remainder of the day we sat back and watch more movies whilst enjoying numerous glasses of wine finishing off our UH-MAZING Christmas Day!!!
