Staying midway up Mount Hobson is absolutely breathtaking and the morning sunshine is the perfect way to wake up! We hiked to the top today to join a few cattle and other fine hikers to truly see a spectacular view of the city. My knee is feeling it for sure but holding up well overall...slow and steady!
Jeff then went and picked up the rental car and I was hoping he'd write the blog to describe what it's like to drive on the opposite side but think he's still shell-shocked!! Needless to say, the drive back resulted in a near collision (yes, the mirrors touched and got bumped in!) but he made it. We then venured downtown to an incredible Aquarium showcasing the southern hemisphere's finest including penquins, sharks, stingrays, seahorses, turtles and of course clownfish!! We walked out on a pier watching folks swim and fish for snapper.
Cooked some delicious lamb (2 times in 3 days!) for dinner and overall, Jeff only turned the wipers on instead of the signal light about a dozen times!!!!
