Took this picture on the way to the Victoria Train Station for our train to Brighton. Looks promising doesn't it? Flash back to the day before our trip, John(Dad,Grandfather ) was taking out the trash when a can fell and he reached down and threw out his back. He had been a real trooper until today, when he could barely walk. So, here is the advice! At the Victoria Station there is a walk in medical center where they can give you a shot of cortisone and a prescription for muscle relaxants and you can get it filled there at Boots as long as you have your train tickets in advance and always arrive early as I do.
