It was a sunny day here in brisbane, a good feeling to wake up to! we decided to just chill out for a bit and have a look around the shops on queens street. there was so many shops around i was spoilt for choice :) i decided to gho to eat a gessimino ice cream, this time i chose truffle chocolate flavour whereas last time i chose white chocolate, these flavours are extremely fantastic, it is not like any another ice cream, it is so smooth with creamy taste! knowing me, i love to taste different kinds of food(well i say food, i mean sweets) such as cookies, cupcakes and ice cream. i couldnt believe my eyes when ashley had breakfast which was four slices of toasts spreaded with jam and cheerios cereal, an ice cream then a tuna subway and a slice of garlic bread from new yorker pizza store , all in one morning! what a big appetite he has! we all continued to browse around the shops, we were told by kirsty the day previously which shops to go in seeing that i am a fashionable girl and loves to shop! i was recommended to go in "target" store which is apparently a bargain however once i went in, i didnt like it at all as it was not to my taste so i went in another store called "tempt" which kirsty also recommended. it was much better with my style of clothes, i discovered another store called "valley girl" which was great as it was similar to topshop in england. the prices is not too bad considering the quality of clothes. After a while, being tempted to plentiful stores but with a budget, i sadly tore myself away and went in the information centre in order to find out more about steve irwin zoo and gold coast. i was looking forward to go to gold coast soon as i have heard a lot about it, apparently it is the holiday destination for local people to go. It was time for us to go back to the hostel in order to get ready for the night out with kirsty, i had a feeling that we all would have a good night. Originally i wore grey suede cropped trousers with black vest, charlene with leopard cropped trousers with nude vest but then kirsty turned up wearing a lovely dress with black heels therefore me and charlene felt inclined to change into dresses which we were all happy about! We decided to go to pancake house where they have a range of choices of delicious pancakes! i chose strawberry jam pancakes which i discovered was the cheapest option! :D after a while being busy catching up with more news, we all went to a pub called down and under. It was cheap, the atomsphere was friendly and cheeerful! i ordered a midori drink which was introduced by kirsty herself, it was sweet with a taste of lemonade, we liked it so much that me and charlene plan to buy a bottle of midori in melbourne considering england doesnt sell midori. Overall, we all had a fabulous time and i am pleased to say that kirsty, charlene and the lads' cunning plans to get me drunk did not work at all as i was still sober at the end of the night! ;-)
