12m down and into icy cold water - I can't believe you did that - well maybe I can - your my kid after all! Is that snow I see before you - perhaps even a bit of a glacier? I recognise Bled Castle from when Mum and I went there. Glad the weather has improved for you - and now to sunnier climes in Croatia - it'll probably seem a bit tame! Love and miss you. xxx

The photo of that sunset in Budapest is amazing!

Hi there,
just been looking at your photos properly, and have seen the ones of the metal ridges. That looks pretty exciting! (If a little scary.) When I was in Switzerland I went on a walk with similar dodgy structures made of wood pinned to the side of the mountain with 100ft drops underneath! There were at least handrails there, though. Do you remember? It was scary, but definitely exciting and one of the best days I had there. Keep doing lots of crazy scary/exciting things! Love from Claire. xxx

Gosh! I couldn't have walked up those metal plates stuck on the walls. Well done you for doing that. Even I would find that scary.
Dad couldn't have walked up those. Still, if you had fallen it would have been into water! Keep the pictures coming. Love Mum

Hi adventurers, just got a few extra minutes this morning before I go to a lecture in Pride Park so thought I would drop you a line. Kitchen looks as awful as ever - still it will recover soon! I've got my garage back - all the (built) units are in the dining-room - you can't move in there now! CD is coming to see us this next weekend (its a bank holiday). Toby is very well. I'm still very busy organising my Presidential year in Rotary, things are coming together and there is enthusiasm from many members for what I'm trying to do. Hope you are still having a great time - keep the messages coming - and pictures - if and when you can. Love you and miss you. Enjoy.

Sorry Sarah, hit the wrong key last time. Just want to say thanks for the pictures and commentary. We are printing out as much as we can to show Grandpa. Sounds like you are having a good time, enjoy the rest of your trip.

It looks as if you have no shoes on, were you paddling, and was the water cold. It looks as if there is ice in the water behind you. Views look fabulous. Keep putting the pictures on.
