Today we're staying at Doe Bay on Orcas Island. Last night we had an exceptional dinner of kale, vegies, quinoa stuffed crepes with a pureed squash and coconut sauce that had a thai flavor to it, wonderful flavors to the taste buds! We sat overlooking Doe Bay. All their food is organic and grown in the wonderful garden here. After dinner we relaxed in the outside hot tubs. What a peaceful place to just be....
