I'm writing this two months later because we got home and couldn't tackle this for a while. From Copenhagen, the mean lady at the train station who yelled at us wouldn't get us on an overnight ferry to Oslo (our original plan); we had to take the train through Sweden. So we changed the plan, and stopped for a few days in Gothenburg, Sweden…
