hello! my first blog post. finally ive got round to it. all the travelling here went fine the plane had an amazing onboard entertainment system which kept me busy for all ten hours (i watched juno then created my own music playlist). i got a private taxi to the hostel and was treated very well by the driver however i was later told i paid about 4 times as much as i should have! oh well live and learn. at the hostel i made friends straight away with a danish girl called anya and ben from england. the same night we had drinks, played pool and played with the hostels acoustic guitar which resulted in everyone singing knocking on heavens door. when everyone else had gone to bed i decided i wasn't tired so i made friends with this thai man who worked at the hostel and he said he would take me out to see he clubs and stuff. so a free drunken tuk tuk ride later i was talking to his friends in a club round the corner.
