Wow. So i know i was busy blogging just a few hours ago prior to dinner, but this just has to be told. For dinner we visited a small down by the riverside in Phnom Phen, it's a restaurant run for charitable purposes for the orphanage here. It's a non profit organisation and really seems to be doing great work to support these young kids whowould otherwise be homeless. The Kids are so friendly and seem so happy which was brilliant to see, no complaining, little bit of hustling and selling of goods, but all round fun, smiles and good times.
They even came out into the dining area to sey hello, and they performed a music routine they had put together at the orphanage before creating a break dance competition amongst themselves. They were fantastic and such lovely kids, it makes you wonder how at home we can be so rash and impatient when those that have experienced so much suffering can be so content.
It was a great meal and evening, definetly pleased to have experienced it.
Night guys. It's only afternoon at home but here it's gone 11 and it's suprising how a 6 hour bus journey can tire you out!
Hope England are winning in the rugby, want to dish out the banter to our aussie tour guide!
So Sabbai x
