Emma Hey you two! Im back now! What a welcome home wind and rain! We had got used to 40'c in Greece!! I hear you've been in the wars whilst ive been away though Sam?!! If the wound is like a carpet burn, your best leaving it open and letting it dry out, thats the only way it will heal. But If its a bit of a mucky wound, you should keep it clean (with the sterile water i gave you!) and keep it covered until it begins to scab (with the mepore dressings i gave you too!) There is always those Shrek plasters if you need them! When your sat keep your knee elevated. that should reduce the swelling. Hope your enjoying the sun in Fiji. Take care, lots of love Em x x

I laughed out loud after reading your post about the boat incident- had a flash back to you on thta boat in Turkey.....remember, where you dumped me in the water and nearly capsized the boat!!
